Refund policy
Italian law (art. 5 Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 N.185) states that the consumer who acts for purposes unrelated to his business - are excluded retailers and companies - can use the right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller, in cases provided for by law, and obtain the relevant reimbursement or replacement.
For any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, the customer will be entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty.
HOW DO YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 14 days from the date of receipt of products, a written communication to the following address: SAMPDORIA POINT - Via XX Settembre 252 r - 16121 Genoa. This communication can be sent by post, e-mail (sampcity@sampdoria.it). The goods must be returned, within 14 days from the date of receipt to the following address:

The costs for return are borne by the customer including customs duties/taxes where applicable.
Essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is the return in perfect state of preservation of the purchased products, unused, with original labels not removed and provided with the original packaging.
The returned products must also be carefully packaged, so as to protect the original packaging from any damage, writing or affixing of labels.
The risks of transport for the return of products are entirely borne by the customer.
Products washed and damaged by detergents/additives, or products damaged by the customer due to malpractice (e.g.: ironing with excessive temperature, incorrect application of patches on mesh, etc.) will not be replaced or refunded.
For technical reasons, the colour of the products displayed on the site may differ slightly from the actual colour: this variation cannot be a reason for replacement or refund. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised: on products customized at the express request of the customer (e.g.: products personalized with names and/ or numbers, with initials, except for defective or damaged products); on underwear and costumes; on the team following a change in the player’s jersey number or his transfer to another team.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
The time for reimbursement of purchase or replacement is about 30 days.
The product is replaced after checking the condition of the returned product.
Delays in transactions may occur as a result of delayed deliveries to Sampdoria Point by the postal service. After the above days, please call 010/79040444 or send an e-mail to sampcity@sampdoria.it.
In case of payment with PayPal, the refund is made by recrediting the amount.
The refund excludes transport costs, both for the shipment and for the return of the goods, and any customs duties/taxes.
The refund of the purchase price will be total only in case of return made by the customer due to defective or damaged goods received, or in case of loss/ misdelivery of the package by the courier. No refunds or replacements are made for custom products upon the express request of the customer (e.g.: clothing and accessories with special customization).
For products with a discount price (outlet section, special promotions) there are no refunds but replacements or the request of a voucher corresponding to the amount paid, to be used later.
REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
The maximum time limits for submitting requests or complaints are as follows:
- 15 DAYS for complaints about defective, missing or non-matching goods.
- 3 MONTHS for requests related to shipments or deliveries (e.g.: package not received, package stock, delivery problems, etc.).
- 6 MONTHS for requests related to payment transactions or refunds.
